Terms and Conditions for Admission

1. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Admission is open to students who meet the required academic qualifications and age criteria for their respective classes.
   • Applicants must provide valid documentation, including birth certificates, previous academic records, and other necessary credentials.

2. Application Process:

   • All applications must be submitted online or through the school’s admission office.
   • A non-refundable application fee must be paid during submission.
   • Submission of an application does not guarantee admission; selection is based on merit and available slots.

3. Entrance Examination & Interview:

   • Prospective students may be required to sit for an entrance examination.
   • An interview session with the school’s admission committee may be required for final assessment.

4. Admission Offer & Acceptance:

   • Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter from the school.
   • Parents/guardians must confirm acceptance of admission within the specified deadline.
   • Failure to accept within the given period may result in forfeiture of the admission slot.

5. School Fees & Payment Policy:

   • All fees must be paid in full or in agreed installments before the start of the academic session.
   • Fees are non-refundable except in cases determined by the school’s refund policy.
   • Late payments may attract penalties or restrictions on school activities.

6. Code of Conduct & Compliance:

   • Admitted students must adhere to the school’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
   • Any form of misconduct or violation of school policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

7. Withdrawal & Transfer:

   • Parents/guardians must provide written notice if they wish to withdraw their child from the school.
   • Transfer requests to another school must be accompanied by a formal application and clearance of all dues.

8. Amendments:

   • The school reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary.
   • Any changes will be communicated through official school channels.
